At CRA-YON, we want you to feel confident in your fragrance journey; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened product within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless experience, please ensure the protective cellophane wrap remains intact as we cannot accept returns on used or opened items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team at hello@cra-yon.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
